I believe that it is good to have some websites blocked on school grounds such as social media sites and ones that are inappropriate for students to be on at school. But I think that school districts are blocking too much. A lot of school profects for French I have to do at home because all of the information I need is on websites that have been blocked.
There is nothing inappropriate about these sites and they are completely safe for students to use. My teacher actually reccommended them. Yet the district still blocks them. I am fine with these websites being blocked for students, but I think teachers should have a password to get onto them so that, with permission, students may go on these websites as well.
